I didn't start out trying to build a host agency. In 2019, I founded Spread Your Wings Travel® and learned this business the way most agents do: by figuring it out as I went. The booking part came fast. The business part, branding, marketing, pricing my time, finding clients who weren't my cousins, took years to piece together on my own.

Along the way, agents kept coming to me with the same questions I once had. I mentored them informally for years, over 150 of them, and I watched the same pattern repeat: talented people with real passion stalling out, not because they couldn't sell travel, but because nobody taught them how to run a business.

So in 2024, I launched Waiters Travel Consulting to be the host agency I couldn't find when I needed one. A place where you're trained like a business owner, supported like a teammate, and never treated like a number on a roster.

I'm originally from Atlanta and now call Dallas home, where I live with my husband and son. When I'm not training agents, I'm usually planning my own next trip or talking somebody out of booking a bad resort.

Meet Your Mentor

WHAT WE BELIEVE AT WTC

Small on purpose. Some host agencies measure success in headcount. We keep our community intentionally sized so every agent gets real attention, real answers, and a mentor who knows their name and their goals.

Business owners, not bookers. Anyone can learn to book a trip. We train you to brand yourself, market yourself, and build something that pays you for years, not just per booking.

No recruiting, ever. Your income here comes from selling travel, period. You will never be asked to build a team, sign up your friends, or hit a recruiting quota.

Your wins are the point. When our agents book six figures in sales or land their first client, that's the business working as designed. We invest in training because your success is literally our model.

Ready to build with us, friend?
